Determined2 is an innovative, award-winning social enterprise committed to liberating the human spirit through movement. Established in 2015, we specialise in delivering cutting-edge Immersion Therapy and other allied health services, empowering individuals with disabilities, injuries, and chronic health conditions to improve their physical, mental, and social well-being. We are a registered NDIS provider of Therapeutic Supports and also cater to individuals with Workplace Injuries (WorkCover), Motor Vehicle Injuries (LSA), Aged Care Packages, and private/self-funded clients.

We are seeking an experienced and values-aligned Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Occupational Therapist) to join our dedicated team and help drive our growth into the future.

About the Role

This role offers a primary focus on service delivery, providing high-quality, person-centred care. You will also have unique opportunities to contribute to our social impact areas, including:

• Cutting-edge research:Participate in clinical trials and ongoing collaborations aimed at advancing water-based therapy.
• Highly valued clinical placements:Assist in the development and mentorship of future allied health professionals.
• Closing the gaps:Contribute to making high-quality allied health services accessible to people facing significant barriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver our award-winning Immersion Therapy to an established client base (full training provided).
• Work within our 10-year, well-established framework of policies and systems.
• Grow your own client list under our NDIS, Lifetime Support (LSA), and Return to Work (WorkCover) registrations.
• Utilise modern and well-equipped pools and gyms for therapy sessions.
• Work from our onsite office with the full backing of a dedicated admin team and supportive management structure.

Our Services

Determined2 provides the following core services, delivered by university-trained, ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologists:

• Immersion Therapy:An innovative approach to water-based therapy using underwater breathing apparatus to provide freedom of movement, build confidence, and improve physical and psychosocial well-being, particularly for those with complex needs.
• Exercise Physiology:Specialised exercise and lifestyle programs to prevent and manage chronic conditions, injuries, and disabilities, focusing on goals such as pain management, injury rehabilitation, neurological conditions support, and improved physical function.
• Hydrotherapy:Guided exercise and rehabilitation in a warm pool, leveraging water's natural support and resistance to reduce pain, improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance balance and circulation.
