Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Paris-Baguette-Singapore.

• Receiving and Unloading: Unload incoming tile shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damages, and store tiles properly.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack tile orders accurately for delivery or customer collection.
• Loading and Dispatch: Assist in loading delivery vehicles, ensure secure packing, and coordinate with drivers.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to safety regulations.
• Handling Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; training and certification provided if needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect tiles for defects and damages, report any issues.
• Other Duties: Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Education: Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Prior Experience: Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy.
• Forklift License: Forklift license is a plus; training can be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment.
