We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful execution of Snowy 2.0 and various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing project documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Job Description
  • Manage project documentation and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance. Monitor and coordinate contractors and suppliers, amongst others, according to the process of administration and document management to maintain the standards developed, information control and documentary.
  • Review project submissions, analyze data, and report on project outcomes. Respond to inquiries, resolve project-related issues, and support stakeholders including Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering Professionals.
  • Oversee document control systems, including workflows, version control, and compliance with project requirements on ACONEX. Maintain accurate records, track document locations, analyze data to prepare reports and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties.
  • Support senior management by preparing reports, providing feedback and advice, implementing decisions, and maintaining project correspondence systems. Provide training and support on document control processes and ensure the confidentiality and secure disposal of sensitive documents.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Business Administration. Minimum of eight years of professional experience, with at least five years in document management, archive management, or records management.
  • Proficiency in document management systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and ACONEX. Intermediate PC skills, with strong competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong document organization skills. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for document handling and retention.
  • Experience managing document workflows in large engineering projects with high-volume documentation. Ability to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
