Your Role

• Execute the migration of iOS devices from MobileIron to Microsoft Intune with minimal disruption to end users.
• Identify policies, configurations, and compliance rules in MobileIron.
• Assess Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration and VPP token usage.
• Plan for device re-enrolment (iOS devices must be wiped or manually re-enrolled).
• Align with security and compliance requirements.
• Set up Apple MDM Push Certificate and integrate with Apple Business Manager.
• Configure Enrolment Profiles (ADE/DEP for corporate devices, Company Portal for BYOD).
• Create Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and App Protection Policies.
• Set up Conditional Access if using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Repackage or reassign apps in Intune
• Configure app configuration policies and deployment settings.
• Monitor enrolment progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor device compliance and app deployment success.
• Address user issues and provide support.
• Optimise Intune configurations based on feedback and analytics.
• Advise on and implement optimal enrolment approaches, tailored for both corporate-owned and BYOD scenarios.

Your Profile

• NV1 or NV2 Security Cleranceis mandatory for this role.
• Demonstrated experience migrating iOS devices from MobileIron (Ivanti) to Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Deep understanding of MDM enrolment processes, including Apple Automated Device Enrolment (ADE), User-Driven Enrolment, and BYOD onboarding.
• Strong grasp of BYOD policies, security considerations, and user experience challenges.
• Proven expertise in packaging, deploying, and managing applications for iOS devices in Intune (including LOB, VPP, and web apps).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mobile device and application issues efficiently.
• Ability to document procedures and produce clear guidance materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
