We're looking for skilled Data Center Technicians to help expand our data centers. Career progression is part of our environment, and we want you to progress.
About the Role
You will work on installing and troubleshooting infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily operations and collaborating with logistics teams.
Each day presents itself with different challenges, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal service level agreements.
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including physical replacement of parts.
- Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off, including night shifts on a rotational basis).
- This position requires a physical component, including lifting and racking equipment using our lifting equipment.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between sites.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
