Australian Venue Co is seeking a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Sunshine Coast team. Work across favourites like Surfair, Sand Tavern, and Kings Beach Tavern, each with its own unique vibe. These venues are all about great food, welcoming atmospheres, and unforgettable dining experiences.

The Role

You'll be the go-to chef who can confidently run any section of the kitchen, support your team, and maintain high standards across all venues. Adaptability, leadership, and a hands-on approach are key to thriving in this role.

What You'll Do
  • Operate any section of the kitchen with confidence and skill
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands and support the brigade
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, positive kitchen culture
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
About You
  • Experienced across multiple kitchen sections in high-volume environments
  • Strong leadership with the ability to take charge when needed
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Positive, hands-on, and team-focused
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a car required
