About the Role

Are you passionate about making meaningful community connections while delivering real value to a brand?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team player to plan and deliver standout community engagement initiatives, including local sponsorships, Good for Good Community Grants Program, and impactful major partnerships.

In this dynamic role, you'll help ensure our brand shines across both digital and traditional media, while also measuring the real ROI of our community engagement efforts. You\'ll leverage relationships, craft compelling campaigns, and be part of events and activations that truly make a difference.

This position is a full time salaried 18-month contract, based on a 38-hour working week, but b e ready for variety as this role involves occasional travel and working outside standard hours to bring marketing events to life. The position is based in our Brisbane CBD administration office or Townsville Head Office.

About You

To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing and Community Engagement field
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strategic listening and negotiating skills
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised manner
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders including staff, industry contacts and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgement in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a financial institution (desired)
