Your New RoleThis unique opportunity allows you to take the next step in your professional career by being part of a growing team of high performing Allied Health clinicians as an Occupational Therapist to ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.

You'll be provided access to supervision and mentoring with clinical supervisor and senior occupational therapists, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills across a wide range of practice areas. You will also receive ongoing CPD allowance.
What You Will Do- Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal-oriented and person-centred. Posity currently provides services across the lifespan.
- Manage/Assist our Allied Health Assistant (AHA) team.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration in Occupational Therapy.
- You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
- You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.
- Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license.
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check.
- Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
