What You'll Be Doing

• Leading ourcabinetry workshopwith a steady hand and high standards
• Supporting sales, design, and draftingearly in each project to ensure practical and buildable solutions
• Managingproduction schedules, team workflows, materials, and stock
• Mentoring and guiding ourapprentices and junior cabinet makers
• Overseeing multiple bespoke projects and maintainingprecision, pace, and quality
• Creating and managingpurchase orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets stay on track
• Ensuringpost-installation serviceis handled with care and professionalism
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For

• Atrade-qualified cabinet makeror experienced production leader in kitchen/cabinetry manufacturing
• Someone who leads withconfidence, care, and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills—you're approachable, clear, and dependable
• A natural mentor with a desire tohelp others succeed
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Officeand workshop documentation
• Aprofessional presenceand a can-do attitude
