The Style Advisor at Chanel plays a pivotal role in directly engaging customers, embodying the brand's vision and boutique mission on a daily basis. They serve as the frontline representative, delivering a unique and luxurious experience to all customers while connecting them to the brand beyond mere product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire clients to discover new styling options and share styling tips.
  • Style cross-collection alternative pieces reproducing the collection silhouette.
  • Build the CHANEL difference by passionately storytelling our brand heritage, style, creativity, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
  • Maintain brand standards in personal image, always being refined, sophisticated, and welcoming.
  • Assist Fashion Advisors in preparing clients' wardrobes for RTW appointments, considering client profiles, personalities, styles, and lifestyles, providing top-notch styling advice.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Watches and Fine Jewelry teams when relevant, supporting the One-House strategy.
  • Share client preferences during buying sessions to help build boutique collections tailored to client needs.
