Manage your established caseload of job seekers andlocal employers who need workers.

Your energy and persistence does more than just connectjob seekers with employers. It ensures the RIGHT connections to achieve longterm employment targets. Drive an established caseload supporting job seekersto key milestones. Engage with new job seekers through setting clearexpectations and goals to achieve success.

Confidently engage with both existing and new employercontacts and influence them to hire our job seekers. Provide solutions tobarriers enabling sustainability within each individual's employmentopportunity. The work is high paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.

Our Griffith office is up to date with moderntechnology.

Duties

  • Get job seekers into jobs
  • Collaborate with the community to support job seekers
  • Update systems and file case notes in line withprocesses and expected timeframes
  • Generate leads and source vacancies
  • Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
  • Comprehensive onboarding and staff development program
  • Work laptops for all employees

Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry inWorkforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. Wealso extend to the delivery of training and health supports. This position requires the successful applicant toundertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicantsalso must have the right to work in Australia.
