What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving sales and hitting KPIs while keeping profitability front of mind
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating a customer-first environment that keeps people coming back
  • Managing store operations, rostering, and compliance with precision
  • Building strong connections with internal teams and the local community
  • Leading by example with safety and operational excellence

What You'll Bring
  • Proven leadership and people management skills in a retail or high-volume sales environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business results
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A personal interest in sport or an active lifestyle – nice to have, but not essential
