Role Overview:

This role is a key contributor to initiatives that directly impacts its' member's digital experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and implement customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business functionality and user experience.
  • Build automation workflows using Power Automate, and develop real-time reports and dashboards with Power BI.
  • Deliver technical support, training, and documentation to ensure end-user success and system adoption.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, ideallyCustomer Insights and/or Sales/Marketing modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power BI andPower Apps
  • Skilled in system integrations using Web Services/APIs.
  • Strong programming background in C#, .NET, JavaScript,
  • Experience supporting projects through Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to financial services technology (highly regarded, but not essential).
