About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale and secure our cloud infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive the automation of deployment pipelines, improve observability, and ensure the robustness of our systems. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers and product leaders to build best-in-class solutions.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in GCP using Terraform (IaC)
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, improving developer efficiency and deployment reliability
• Implement observability solutions—logging, tracing, alerting—to ensure system health and performance
• Support Kubernetes deployments (GKE) and container orchestration
• Work closely with engineers and data teams to automate deployments and build out data pipelines
• Embed security practices into infrastructure and deployment processes
• Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements
• Stay across the latest in cloud-native tech and DevOps tooling

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering role
• Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (especially GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub)
• Expertise in Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in observability tooling (e.g. Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Experience building and managing secure, cost-efficient cloud environments
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in regulated environments (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
• AWS exposure or multi-cloud experience
• Knowledge of cost optimisation in cloud environments
