About The Role

Babcock Australasia is seeking creative problem solvers and innovative thinkers for our 2026 Graduate program. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates looking to start a successful career in the growing Defence Industry.

If you are a graduate currently undertaking or near completion of your studies in:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business/Commerce with majors in Strategy, Management, Finance, Economics
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Bachelors Degree in Law

Babcock's structured Graduate program offers valuable experience through diverse learning and development activities. The role aims to develop your business awareness, personal effectiveness, technical knowledge, and professional growth through practical work. We offer a collaborative environment and an engaging program where you will learn from industry experts.

Starting in February 2026, the program runs full-time for 24 months, focusing on developing your technical and soft skills across various disciplines and contracts, expanding your network and career pathways.

As a Graduate, you will need to:
  • Be in your final year of a university degree or have completed your degree or master's within the last 2 years
  • Be an Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Security Clearance
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Show initiative and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to commence on 9th February 2026
