Job Title: Solution Architect
Location of Work: Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth (Hybrid)
Security Clearance: NV1 or higher
We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to fill positions across the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects delivering complex software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Develop and implement architectural designs and strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Ensure alignment with current architectural design patterns, standards, technologies, and techniques
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- At least 3 years' experience in a Solution Architect or similar role
- Strong leadership experience and skill as a technical leader
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Qualifications in relevant technical discipline/s
- Experience providing technical directions to projects delivering complex software solutions
This is a contract position at a mid-senior level within the Engineering and Information Technology field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud architectural best practices and experience working in a hybrid environment.
