Your RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to join our medium-sized structural engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering design deliverables using our systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate, well-presented, and conforming structural engineering design deliverables;
- Work across a variety of projects within the Resources, Energy, and Industrial sectors;
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on design management projects;
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members;
- Develop and maintain strong communication and client relationship management skills;
- Utilize structural software knowledge of SpaceGass, RAM Concept, ETABS, or similar design programs (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
- 7+ years' experience in structural engineering, preferably as a Chartered Engineer;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to mentor and guide team members;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
