About The Opportunity

Seeking either experienced or new graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team on an ongoing basis so that we can bring life changing therapy to more people.

As part of Therapy Pro, you will be able to work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.

You will provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload. You will gain exposure, skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.

With access to industry-renowned therapists, we will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.

Our Benefits

• Work part of a multidisciplinary team, explore both community & telehealth assessments & intervention
• Regular clinical supervision and ongoing access to professional coach and support
• $6000 approx. per annum vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre)
• $4000 dollars professional development per financial year – we invest in you
• Resources supplied – Laptop, phone, iPad, assessment & therapy tools
• Industry low billable targets to provide you with the time to learn, grow & foster connections
• Strong focus on team connection with team activities and connection hubs

Our accelerate graduate program

For our graduates, our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. We know that stepping into the workforce as a new graduate can be daunting, but our wrap-around support model and structured 6-month graduate program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following –

• Guest Speakers
• Masterclasses
• Supervision with experienced Senior Therapists
