About the Role:

Offering a rare opportunity for an ambitious Geotechnical or Structural Engineer to transition into a specialised Piling Engineer role, where you can expand your skill set, shape your career, and gain expertise in the dynamic world of piling and foundation engineering. As a Piling Engineer, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience working on a wide range of projects, from small-scale developments to large $500m projects. You'll be involved in every aspect of piling, from estimating and tendering to technical design, with the benefit of continuous learning and mentorship to guide your progression into an industry expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimation, tendering, and design of piling and foundation solutions across various project sizes and complexities.
  • Apply your existing knowledge of geotechnical or structural foundations to solve real-world challenges in piling engineering.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success from start to finish.
  • Engage in high-level discussions, offering your insights to shape key decisions.
  • Receive expert guidance and training to accelerate your development as a piling engineering specialist.

About You:

If you're currently working as a structural or geotechnical engineer and have some experience in foundation engineering (though not necessarily in piling), we'd love to hear from you Your enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a new field will set you up for success in this exciting role.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Background in structural or geotechnical engineering, especially in foundation design.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach to project challenges.
