We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (Bachelor in Psychology - Honours) interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Brisbane, QLD.

In this role, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy, managing your own day with support from a close-knit team of healthcare professionals and the resources of a global company. Your duties will include:

  • Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals
  • Working across schemes like workers compensation, third-party, insurance, and government programs
  • Supporting clients to achieve health and work outcomes
  • Conducting Vocational Assessments and injury management services

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Application support for Associate or Full ASORC membership and supervision
  • Current AHPRA registration or ASORC Membership
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and time management
  • Current QLD Driver's License and own vehicle with insurance
