Our client provides a range of services across WA, specialising in commercial developments, civil construction, government infrastructure works, subdivisions, underground services, and residential developments. They are a family-owned and operated business with over 50 years of industry experience.

Working alongside Senior Management, they seek a Civil Site Supervisor working on subdivisions in the Northern Suburbs. This is a permanent role offering attractive rates, a company car, phone, and laptop. Join a leading company that truly appreciates its people.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors daily
  • Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management
  • Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs
  • Maintain site records and be responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings
  • Manage projects and ensure programs, productions, and budgets are met
Skills And Experience
  • At least 5 years in a similar role; candidates ready to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including recording site progress
  • Experience in subdivisional works, including bulk earthworks and underground services
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs
  • Solid safety focus and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and operate plant and equipment if required
  • Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current Senior First Aid is desirable
