Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Access Recruitment Division as part of our global team. You will be responsible for the marketing activities promoting our portfolio of recruitment software products. You will report to the Head of Demand Generation and work closely with the wider global marketing team, sales, product management and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on demand generation and campaign management, collaborating with sales and the global marketing team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Localize global marketing strategies to ensure cultural relevance for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual event marketing and sponsorships, including trade shows, conferences, webinars and customer meetups.
  • Own social media management to build brand awareness and drive engagement among recruitment agencies; track performance, growth and campaign impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with designers and content teams to create high-impact marketing collateral with consistent brand messaging; tailor content to different audience segments.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders across product marketing and customer success; present campaign performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of software marketing; ideally at least 3 years in a successful marketing manager role.
  • Strong grasp of modern marketing strategies (inbound and outbound) and experience running integrated marketing plans across the marketing mix.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills; growth mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a global team across time zones.
  • Experience with and ability to leverage AI-powered marketing tools to drive faster, smarter decision-making and cross-functional execution under deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
