About the RoleThis Administration Officer role is situated within the Darwin office of MacKillop's WA/NT Services Division.
The successful candidate will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality PA and administration support to the Darwin NT Team Leader and administrative support to the Greater Darwin NT Services and WA/NT administration team.
- Liaising with staff from MacKillop's Offices, as well as government and non-government agencies as required.
- Overseeing local integration and alignment of 'back office' functions, including contracting and standards, policy implementation, community relations, finance and business services, and human resource management.
This part-time opportunity is based in Darwin, NT and reports to the Family Support Service Team Leader, NT.
Key Selection CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent administration skills, including the ability to establish, improve, and manage systems that support high-quality service delivery.
- Proven ability to provide administrative support, prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and other documents, maintain filing systems, purchase supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and perform related tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
