The Role

Our Production area is vital to Harris Farm's success. We seek bubbly, outgoing, hardworking, and ambitious individuals with attention to detail for our busy production floor. You will help reconnect people with the natural joys of food through your passion and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of good manufacturing practices & food safety requirements
  • Basic production skills or equivalent
  • Processing products via hand or machinery and packing into containers for weighing, pricing, and labelling
  • Picking stock according to store allocation
  • Managing raw material stock effectively
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
  • Identifying inferior products and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Following all health and safety procedures
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Outgoing, bubbly personality willing to engage with the team
  • Team player with strong coordination skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Previous experience in warehouse production preferred

Position is entry-level, full-time, in the retail industry, focusing on food production.
