TechForce Recruitment are currently working with a well known enterprise Australian organisation who are going through a multi-year identity transformation.
The Role
At a high level the Senior Technical Business Analyst (Identity) will be engaged across all areas of the product lifecycle for Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access Management. Including aspects: requirements gathering, analysis and mapping, functional design, iteration/implementation planning and execution, QA, data migration and release management. This role will sit in the IAM governance squad at the start of an enterprise wide implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the discovery of the Identity solution requirements
- Lead or contribute to the development of the business case for the Identity solution
- Undertake detailed business requirements gathering and documentation in agile methodology
- Work closely with the business and Identity teams to understand and solve the business problem and develop options for the functional design & business change
- Manage and elaborate requirements to support the Identity solution implementation including business functional design, user stories / use cases, process mapping and requirements modelling
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and templates for projects requiring Identity and Access Management services
- Lead or contribute to the data integration functional design, functional mapping, and the overall data integration delivery
- Lead or contribute to the data migration activities
- Work with the QA teams to assure business and technical acceptance of the Identity solution
- Manage work-stream, or work with the delivery team to contribute in planning and execution of the project activities.
- Lead or contribute to the change management activities to support project implementations and transition into the BAU.
- Maintain IAM platform level documentation
About You
To be successful in this role you will come with substantial experience successfully delivering Identity solutions as a Senior Technical BA. You will be able to lead conversations, effectively handle objections and influence and articulate very technical concepts to management. In joining this business, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a multi-year Identity transformation & solve these problems at scale.
