Centre: Goodstart Mackay Macalister Street

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm

Pay: Up to $47.61 per hour

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

You'll achieve this by:

  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engaging and supervising the children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

If you hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, have a current Queensland Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6.30am - 6.30pm, please apply now.
