Federal Government - NV2 clearance required
Join a Federal Government department as a Systems Administrator to support their critical ICT operations and grow your career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Level 1 (Basic) support for all the department's products.
- Level 2 (Troubleshooting) support for all the department's products.
- Logging or assisting with the logging of support requests.
- Maintain & administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints.
- Auditing and asset management of the department's owned materiel, at unit locations.
- Coordination and assistance with the department's products' upgrades/updates/maintenance.
- Contribute/participate in the department's product test and evaluation activities.
- Participate in support request triage.
- Conduct product maintenance in accordance with the department's Maintenance Management System.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Administration
- Experience with Physical and Virtual network devices
- Prior experience in IT cross-functional or project teams
- Prior experience working on ADF systems and networks
- Must hold an NV2 security clearance
Desirable
- Experience with Powershell
- Experience in and understanding of cyber security
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be an Australian Citizen with an NV2 security clearance.
