Role Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher at The Grove Academy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and inspiring both children and your team. You'll bring teaching expertise to life through creative, meaningful programs that foster children's growth and development in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing innovative, fun, milestone-aligned teaching practices
  • Mentoring and guiding educators in their professional growth
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children to thrive
  • Supporting children's development through observation, documentation, and reflection
Skills & Experience
  • A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards one)
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and love for creating meaningful learning experiences
