We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Product Representative to drive the success of our new product category, Nuance Audio, a cutting-edge innovation for vision and hearing. Nuance Audio blends sound engineering and world-class smart eyewear design for a stylish, high-tech solution engineered to transform lives. Designed for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.

Working within the Professional Solutions Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Nuance Audio as a transformative solution and achieving sales growth for the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Support Nuance Audio sales team in field to drive sell-through of Nuance Audio in Optical Stores.
  • Present and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of Nuance Audio as part of a complete eyewear solution.
  • Identify and engage potential customers in both the Optical & Audiology channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Product Expertise and Training
  • Develop deep product knowledge, including technical specifications and customer use cases.
  • Provide training to Optometrists, Audiologists and Healthcare partners to ensure effective product positioning and customer support.
  • Stay informed about updates to the product and competitive offerings to maintain a strong value proposition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to share with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support the development of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Administration
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including account prioritization and growth strategies.
  • Conduct a set number of product demonstrations and training sessions for customers per month.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in audiology, optical, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling innovative or technical products is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel with ANZ region to meet customers and attend events.
