• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a resort environment
• Develop and deliver seasonal menus highlighting fresh, local produce
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Lead, Train, mentor, and motivate a small kitchen team
• Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality kitchen
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for innovative, guest-focused dining experiences
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
