Overview

Digital Producer role at Brickworks Building Products, based in Horsley Park, NSW. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM). If you can drive our digital strategy and solutions, we want to hear from you.



Responsibilities
  • Review all digital requests and analyse them for actionable solutions.
  • Manage website content, navigation, and publishing through the CMS and DAM systems.
  • Manage product data and structure within the PIM tool.
  • Stakeholder management across teams of subject-matter experts, SEO and web developers, data managers, IT and ecommerce specialists.
  • Facilitate business requirements and designs and clearly communicate these into project tasks.
  • Define and manage the scope of work and stakeholder briefing process for digital initiatives.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and participate in scrum methodologies.


Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or appropriate industry experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a digital producer or websites management role.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into effective digital solutions and development.
  • Experience using Magento and/or WordPress or other CMS in an admin or content management role.
  • Experience with issue and process management; experience with Jira is preferred.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage large data sets.
  • Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to content management.
  • Experience in content authoring and adapting content for the web.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and briefing external agencies such as design and development teams.
  • Interest in and willingness to adopt new technologies and digital implementation.
