Role

Sales Partnership Manager to manage an existing portfolio of ~60 clients across NSW and ACT while driving new business growth (50% of the role). This position requires a strategic mindset, not just transactional sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key client accounts
  • Prospect and win new business with confidence
  • Deliver value-driven solutions tailored to clients' needs
  • Travel within NSW/ACT when needed (car required)
  • Work hybrid — autonomy with team support
Qualifications and attributes
  • 3+ years in account management or business development
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry (preferred)
  • Consultative, solutions-first sales approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a hunger to exceed targets
