Role overview
As our client base grows, we're expanding our Procurement service line with new opportunities in the Health and Heavy Industries sectors. These roles are part of a collaborative consulting team focused on delivering procurement strategies and efficiency-focused initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to travel interstate and internationally, contributing to impactful transformation projects.
What you will do
- Develop procurement strategies
- Assess cost-reduction opportunities using client spend data and contracts
- Deliver cost-reduction projects including strategic sourcing, direct negotiations, and process improvements
- Collaborate in project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions
- Lead project teams, depending on experience and skill level
- Help shape the strategic direction of our practice
- Build business cases for procurement transformation initiatives
- Support the development of our digital procurement capabilities
- Assist with sales, marketing, systems, and business development
- Foster a high-performing, flexible, and inclusive team culture.
These roles can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings thoughtful analysis, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in making a difference.
- Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 2 years of consulting experience (procurement preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and systems
- Experience leading teams in complex projects, or the ability to demonstrate leadership potential
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully
- Interest in building a career in procurement consulting.
These roles require a willingness to travel across Australia.
