Join Morse Micro's 6-month Graduate Program in Sydney to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor engineering and Wi-Fi technology for IoT.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a 6-month full-time paid placement with rotations across engineering teams: Firmware, Software Verification Test, RF Communication Systems, Analog/RF Design, Digital IC Design, IT, and Hardware Applications.
  • Engage in a deep dive into one engineering team for the remainder of the program.
  • Work alongside original inventors of Wi-Fi on key projects developing ultra low power wireless chips.
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of Wi-Fi HaLow (802.11ah) technology for IoT devices.
  • Collaborate with a global team across multiple international offices.
  • Work full-time in-person in Sydney starting early October.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduates who have completed a BEng or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Communication Systems, Computer Architecture, or a similar degree.
  • Engineers with 1-2 years of experience interested in exploring a new industry.
  • Individuals with curiosity, talent, and a willingness to learn and upskill quickly.
  • Ability to work full-time in Sydney from early October.
