As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.
Responsibilities- Put the customer at the heart of everything you do by providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, product knowledge and a seamless point of sale transaction
- Utilise tools to stay up to date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
- Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards
- Live and role model Country Road Group values and collaborate with your store team to deliver results
- A true passion for fashion with exceptional customer service skills
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills
- A natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours as required
- Can-do attitude and passion for CRG brands and customer-obsessed culture
