As a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will:

  • Provide expert care across a range of orthopaedic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
  • Lead and mentor junior medical staff, registrars, and interns.
  • Participate in the on-call roster and provide emergency orthopaedic care.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support and participate in teaching and training for medical students and junior doctors.

  • MBBS or equivalent degree, with current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.

  • Extensive experience in orthopaedic surgery, including trauma and elective procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
