The opportunity

Our Care Aides deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible. Responsibilities include a range of personal care tasks including showering, grooming, toileting etc., and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community. Care Aides will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home; therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.



Key Responsibilities

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team. We have a casual role available. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. If you are available for most, or all of this time period then we would love to hear from you

Servicing the following suburbs: Coodanup, Dudley Park, Erskine, Mandurah

About you
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience. Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
  • Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly desirable.
  • A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
