Job Summary:
Drake is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of long-term business strategies through data-driven insights and modeling. This role requires a highly analytical and process-oriented individual who can interpret data from multiple sources, build strategic frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic models to support business planning and forecasting
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
  • Apply AI modeling techniques to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and performance metrics
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in strategy, business analytics, or financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and experience with AI or predictive modeling tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
