The Product Manager is a full-time onsite position, based at our Sydney office (great office space, free lunch). Our team works in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. We get a lot done when we ideate together and iterate quickly. Our velocity, scientific rigor and engineering excellence are exceptional.

  • Collaborate with engineering and science teams to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with UX designers to develop and refine product features.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market research to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Practice experimentation, testing, and learning, using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • Engineering background (ability to understand code and how SaaS is designed and built)
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products via improved user adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Gen AI or SaaS B2C product(s).
  • Startup experience is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
