Role: Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning

Location: Tallebudgera (Located on the traditional land of the Kombumerri people)

Centre: Goodstart Tallebudgera - Tallebudgera Connection Road

Employment Type: Full time – 38hrs a week

Pay: Up to $39.35 per hour + Super + Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Commitment to safety and inclusivity to ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children.
About the role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will lead the room, guide a team of Educators, and contribute to high-quality educational outcomes for children in the centre.

About Goodstart Tallebudgera
  • Licensed places: 75
  • Flexibility options: Open to flexible working arrangements
  • Programming hours: Minimum of 2 hours program time per week
  • Community: Close relationship with the local school (only 500m away)
  • Location: Semi-rural setting on acreage, near the beach

You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
