OSHC Coordinator

In this role, you'll lead a team of educators, create engaging learning experiences,and ensure a safe, nurturing space where children can grow and thrive.

This permanent part-time role is mornings and afternoonsMonday to Friday with additional paid admin hours each week.

Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols

Family & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives

Compliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement

Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved)

Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain)

Leadership Experience – Ideally2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills

• Work Rights & Availability - ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts
