Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Tutors to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This role is ideal for current university students looking for regular part-time work, as well as graduates who are passionate about education.

As a Tutor, you will:

  • Teach students in small groups and 1-on-1 sessions, either online or in-centre.
  • Help with homework, school topics, and exam preparation.
  • Use your own academic strengths to explain concepts clearly.
  • Motivate and mentor students as a positive role model.
  • Enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications

We welcome applications from a wide range of candidates.

Preferred:

  • Graduated from high school in Australia (familiarity with the Victorian Curriculum is highly valued).
  • Strong background in Maths, English, Science, or VCE subjects.

Also welcome:

  • University students (any discipline) who want part-time tutoring work.
  • University graduates who are passionate about teaching and mentoring.

Essential skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting students.

Previous tutoring experience is helpful but not required — full support and training will be provided.
