We've been serving Melbourne's business community for 10 years, first opening in Kensington, followed by Moorabbin, Vermont, and soon, our new location in West Footscray.

We're now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and support marketing efforts across all locations, with a primary focus on our new West Footscray site, launching this August/September. .

About the Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll support all incoming lead activity across multiple locations, your main area of focus will be in generating leads, managing flow of inquiries and developing a pipeline of prospective members primarily for our West Footscray location. You'll take care of the process from the initial chat, to showing them around to welcoming them as a member to the CLIK Collective community.

You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing communication activities to drive brand awareness. You'll report and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and also collaborate with the wider team to enhance the overall member experience.

We're looking for someone who knows Melbourne's West, is deeply embedded in the local business community, and has the expertise to manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact to long-term relationship management.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, we are open to flexible arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively develop and implement strategies to attract new members, primarily for the West Footscray location.
  • Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing members. Ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any needs or concerns to enhance member retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies that drive revenue, surpass targets, and expand our customer base.
  • Marketing & Communications: Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and activities to raise awareness of CLIK Collective, including content creation, social media, and local networking events.
  • Local Networking & Engagement: Engage with the local business community to generate leads, foster relationships, and drive brand awareness.
  • Site Tours & Onboarding: Conduct site tours, help new members settle in, and ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate them into the CLIK Collective community.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising community events like Lunch & Learns, networking lunches, and other member engagement activities.
  • Sales Tracking & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using HubSpot, ensuring seamless communication and efficient follow-up.
  • Member Retention: Work closely with members to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they have the best possible experience to remain satisfied long-term.

About The Team:

Part of the Sales & Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Site Manager at West Footscray as well as the broader management team.

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years solid experience in account management, preferably in coworking spaces, e-commerce, advertising, startups, retail and fashion or the creative industries.
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaboration& Stakeholder Management - Ability to work effectively with internal team members and external agencies to align activities with business goals.
  • You have the ability to be self motivated and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Good understanding of the following tech platforms: HubSpot, canva / graphic design, sked social, meta (facebook & IG), mailchimp, slack, wordpress, linkedin
