The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take the reins of day-to-day store operations. You'll lead from the front—driving sales, inspiring your team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all store operations, including ordering, stock control, and merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a passionate team to deliver results.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Proven leadership experience in supermarket or grocery retail management.
- Strong commercial acumen and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, people leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary – up to $90,000 + superannuation.
