About the role:
We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team supporting the Jemena Electricity Services Agreement contract. Our structured two-year program features multiple rotations, providing a nurturing environment for growth and development. You'll have the chance to contribute to various exciting projects and day-to-day operations, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
Roles for our 2026 intake include:
- Design: Play a vital part of our Design team assisting to design construction projects. You will have the opportunity to witness your designs come to life
- Zone Projects: Assist to deliver major projects across our zone stations. You will have the opportunity to be involved in end-to-end project delivery while working with some of Australia's largest AI and Data Centres
- Projects: Be a key part of delivering a diverse range of projects end to end working on Distribution assets across the network
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
