  • Demonstrate proficiency with mid-office systems (e.g., Tramada, VTO) for managing invoices, payments, and financial records.
  • Delivering exceptional service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel over the phone and via email.
About the Role

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for curating tailor-made travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring every journey is seamless, memorable, and reflects our premium standards. Mostly working from home with 1 day in the office in our Brisbane CBD location gives you great flexibility to achieve a good work life balance whilst been part of a fun supportive and motivated team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone and email to uncover their travel needs and preferences.
  • Itinerary Creation: Research, design, and book bespoke travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and experiences.
  • Problem Solving: Manage and resolve booking issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records with precision.
  • Regulation Compliance: Stay informed on the latest travel regulations and government restrictions to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and partners to secure the best options for clients.
