Supervisor - Pet Care & Wellness Specialist - Petbarn Rutherford

Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
- Provide expert advice on pet wellness products
- Build relationships with customers through genuine service
- Train and coach team members to achieve service excellence and business goals
- Maintain store organization and stock levels (heavy lifting involved)
- Support sales activities, including returns and large purchases
- Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed
- Make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners
- Gain training in pet care and wellness

- Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume retail environment
