Clinical Research Associate (CRA) | Melbourne Based

As the team progresses, responsibilities and internal promotions will take place, providing tailored progression pathways that discuss individual needs with senior management.

You will have access to a range of clinical trials, including complex oncology biotech studies. You will speak directly to sponsors, which offers strong client development opportunities.

Roles Available:
  • CRA I
  • CRA II
  • Senior CRA

This role would suit anyone with at least 12 months of independent monitoring experience across Australian sites. Candidates must have previous experience as a CRA at a CRO or Pharma.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials in accordance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, investigational product accountability, and regulatory documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investigational sites, investigators, and study coordinators.
  • Perform site feasibility assessments and contribute to site selection activities.
  • Monitor study progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of study-related documents and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate at a CRO or Pharma.
  • Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines (ICH-GCP).
  • Willingness to travel to investigational sites as required.

Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) I, II or Senior (depending on experience level)

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience - open to negotiate
