Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop Balmain | Casual

Seasonal role supporting the Balmain store team during the festive season.

Overview

Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our Balmain store team across Festive Season 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them
  • Welcome customers into our spaces and deepen product experiences through intentional interactions
  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience
  • Support store teams to meet the needs of our customers
  • Process sales and keep stock levels adequately maintained and well presented

What Are We Looking For
  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience required, but some experience in a customer service role is beneficial
  • Interest in learning product knowledge
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October–February (full availability required for 24 November–24 December and 26 December)

These roles are casual, commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with potential for ongoing employment based on business needs. You should be flexible, with availability across late-night and weekend trading hours. On-site working pattern.
