Overview

Christmas Casual Opportunities - Western Sydney Metro at JB Hi-Fi Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities
  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Availability: Our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
